Domio started the way most society software should: with a treasurer's laptop, an Excel sheet with 214 rows, and a WhatsApp group where nothing could be found. We built the thing we wished the committee had.

Money is the society's
We never hold it, route it, or take a percentage of it. Your gateway, your bank. A bill is paid when the bank says so, not when somebody says so.
Residents come first
If residents do not open the app, nothing else matters. So the app is quick, quiet, and does the three things they care about without a tutorial.
No lock-in, on principle
Your data exports in a click and is deleted thirty days after you leave. We would rather keep you by being good than by being difficult.
Built for where you are
Your currency, your language, your gateway.
A society bills in its own currency and collects through its own payment gateway, and each person reads the app in the language they chose. Sub-meters, because many buildings still have them. Guards with basic phones and committees with a group chat. Domio fits the society, not the other way round.
