Domio is one system, not a bundle of apps. Bills know about flats, flats know about residents, residents know about visitors, and the committee sees all of it in one panel.
Bills and payments
Maintenance, sinking fund, one-off charges and electricity, itemised on one bill. Paid by UPI, card or net banking through the society's own gateway. Late fees, reminders and receipts, automatic.
Visitor gate
Guests, deliveries, cabs and vendors logged at the gate in seconds. Residents approve from anywhere and pre-approve who they expect. Every entry has a time in and a time out.
Complaints and requests
A resident raises a request with a photo. It is assigned, moves through stages they can watch, and closes with a note. The committee sees what is open and what is late.
Notices
Water cuts, AGMs, festival rules. Sent to every phone, or to one building, with proof of who read it. No more "I never saw the message".
Electricity sub-meters
Staff read meters by camera: the sticker names the flat, the dial gives the reading, the app checks it against last month and raises the bill on the spot.
Parking and vehicles
Every slot assigned to a flat, every vehicle on record. The gate knows which car belongs where, and violations are logged with a photo.
Staff and shifts
Guards, housekeeping, maintenance. Shifts scheduled, attendance marked at the gate, and a roster the manager can see at a glance.
Flats and residents
Owners, tenants, family members and domestic help, each attached to the right flat with move-in and move-out dates. Occupancy you can trust.
Reports and exports
Collections by building, defaulters by age, expenses by head, visitor logs by date. Every report exports to a spreadsheet in one click.

Your own web address, your own logo, your society's name on every receipt and email. Residents see their society, not a vendor.

Money, done properly
Your gateway. Your bank. Your money.
Domio never touches society funds. The society connects its own Razorpay, PayU or other gateway account, and every payment settles directly to the society's bank. A payment is marked paid only when the gateway confirms it, never on someone's word.
- Gateway keys belong to the society and are stored encrypted

Under the hood
Built for many societies, private to each.
Each society gets its own database and its own address. No report or search can cross from one into another. A builder or management company gets one login that opens every society they run.
