For committees, RWAs and builders
Run the society. Not the spreadsheet.
Collections that reconcile themselves, a gate that keeps records, complaints that close, and a panel the next committee simply logs into. Built for the people who volunteered and then found out what the job was.
The treasurer's month
Raise bills on the first. Watch them get paid.
Set the charges once: maintenance by area or flat, sinking fund, parking, whatever your bye-laws say. Domio raises the bills, sends them, reminds, applies late fees, and settles every payment to the right flat with a receipt.
Money goes to your bank
The society connects its own gateway. Domio holds nothing, takes nothing from maintenance, and marks a bill paid only when the gateway confirms it.
Defaulters, by age
Who owes what, for how long, by building. A reminder to all of them takes one click. A statement for the AGM takes one more.
Expenses with a paper trail
Every expense under a head, with the bill attached. Income against expense, month by month, ready for the auditor without a weekend of work.
Roles
Reception sees the gate. The treasurer sees money.
Each login gets the screens its job needs and nothing else. The guard's phone shows visitors and staff attendance. The manager sees complaints and meters. The committee sees everything. When someone leaves, their login goes; the data stays.
- Builder, manager, reception, treasurer and resident, each with their own view
- A resident sees only their own flat, bills and visitors
- Every change recorded with who made it and when
Your name on it
Residents see their society. Not a vendor.
Your own web address, such as greenpark.domioapp.in. Your logo on the panel, your society's name on every bill, receipt and email. The app says your name on the sign-in screen.
- Bring your own domain if you have one
- Receipts and notices in your society's voice
- Bilingual, so nobody is left out of a notice
Builders and management companies
Many societies. One login. Separate books.
A builder handing over projects, or a company managing twenty societies, gets one login that opens every one of them. Each society keeps its own database, its own residents and its own accounts. Hand a society over to its committee when the time comes, and it leaves with everything intact.
Portfolio view
Collections, complaints and occupancy across every society on one screen. Drill into any of them in a click.
Clean handover
When the RWA forms, transfer the society to its committee. Logins change; flats, residents, bills and history do not.
Set up before possession
Load flats from the sales register, invite owners as they take possession, and collect maintenance from day one.
What you keep
The data is yours. Always was.
Export everything as spreadsheets whenever you like. Leave, and we delete the database thirty days later. No lock-in, no ransom, no "please contact sales".
See it on your own society
Twenty minutes, your flats, your numbers.
We set up a demo society with your building names and walk your committee through a month of collections, visitors and complaints. No slides.
