Prices exclude GST. A flat is a home; shops and offices in the same society count the same. Payment gateway charges are the gateway's own and go to the gateway, not to us.

How you pay us.
How is the flat count worked out?
By the flats set up in your society at the start of each month, whether occupied or not. Add a building mid-month and it is counted from the next one.
When do we get billed?
Monthly, in advance, on the first. The invoice is emailed to the committee and can be paid by UPI or bank transfer. Annual billing with a discount is available on request.
Is there a free trial?
The demo is on your own data, so you see the real thing. If you go ahead, the first month is billed only after your residents are invited and live.
What if we stop?
Tell us any time. You are not billed again, you export what you want, and the database is deleted thirty days later. See the refund policy for the details.
